HOW TO MANIFEST YOUR DREAM LIFE AND WHAT'S STOPPING YOU FROM CREATING IT :A BEGINNER'S GUIDE

"Life is happening to me , its never good for me , the worst is right around the corner for me, let's not think of good scenarios because the exact opposite happens ".


How many times have we heard these phrases from our closed ones or rather how many times have we used it ourselves? hundreds? or thousands or a million times?

We say the meanest ,the most demeaning words to ourselves on a constant basis, putting ourselves down is the go to behavior , but why? why do we do that? why is it that being positive , being realistically optimistic , being loving to ourselves doesn't come naturally? what's wrong with saying " hey things aren't working out for me Yet but it definitely will, lets be patient ".


Frustration is real I get it , and its normal to feel all your feelings but lets not normalize feeling like a good for nothing , where nothing works out. its called VICTIM MINDSET

Victim mindset is the behavior where a person has a belief that you have no control over the things that happen to you. Life happens for you and that's just the way it is, but is it?

It's okay to feel this way , we all go through situations  that makes us believe this is how it is , nothing is gonna change. we all do it or have done it some or the other time , whether its subconscious or not , it happens but now the aim is to consciously change we speak to ourselves. I say "speak yourself into existence, the existence that you'd love"

Is it easy ? you wish! Its not , because of the way most of us have been conditioned, it's hard, but there are ways we can change.




1) Alchemy the good:


For every negative comment about yourself , turn it into a positive one , the type which serves you.

I'm not talking about toxic positivity here but rather intentional thoughts. Dwelling far too long in a negative thought patterns wires our brain to continue staying in that environment, we get comfortable being that way, thinking that way, being that way. so no don't stop feeling your feelings , instead accept and understand yourself and your emotions and move forward. 


2) You go affirmations:


Give it a go! It's cheesy, it's cliché, it's weird, they don't work .okay sure but how many times have you tried it? once? twice? never? yes i get it it can be embarrassing , so do it alone, in your safe space, your comfort zone, take it a step further , and look yourself in the mirror, talk to your self! Say the most boosting stuff you can think of and then FEEL IT , feel it as deeply as you can . Next step? Do it again and again and again, then see the change yourself.


My personal favorite' : Universe show me how amazing it gets today, show me something unexpectedly good!"

I love it and it's almost like a magical phrase, whenever I say this I'm always rewarded with the most beautiful thing ever and almost immediately, even if it feels like things aren't going my way , at  the end it's all with regards to my beautiful higher self.


3)Are you being a lazy ass and not taking actions?:

I feel you! Let's face it procrastination is obvious part of us humans. regardless of how much we think, getting off of that couch can sometimes can take forever but how about you show yourself some compassion. will beating up yourself get you closer to your dreams? your goals? no but mind you, it will definitely push you away from them , why? the mere state of being in guilt , shame ,blame worries, put us in a lower vibrational energy. being in the lower scale of consciousness will never give you ideas or energy to work towards your goals. 

It's important to take actions , intentional actions. motivation doesn't last too long so it's important that we get up , make us an environment that serves us , maybe get a cup of coffee , music and start working!


4)Letting go of the outcome:



Letting go of something is hard as well as easy. it depends on us. when we're hyper fixated on something, our energy changes. we emit the energy of someone of who LACKS, lack mindset repels our manifestations. It's normal to want something so bad that you can't think of anything else. Obsessing in an unhealthy way is the worse way to go about it. pause, pause!!

step 1: stop , take a deep breathe and let it go. That's it that's the step.

Continue with the actions that serve you and see how quickly you get it.


5) Raise your vibration:

Raising your vibration , keep a higher energy makes it all so much more easy. I believe it's important to bring us out of situations, places or even be away from people who are bringing that energy down .  rutting away in situation that doesn't bring out the best in you will indefinitely push you away from your manifestations. 

Bored? tired? need a change in pace? do not go back running to a low frequency ,energetically stagnant situation rather: 

-Go out in the nature

-Watch your favorite , happy episode of a tv series, 

-Read something

-Dance out all that negativity.


6)Bring your manifestations closer:









One sure sure way to keep your mind more clear , focused and avoid frustration are practices , hobbies or habits that nourishes you.

What is your hobby? No sleeping doesn't count neither does scrolling away on Insta or TikTok.

Habits that nourishes your soul, your body , mind , YOU.

a) Mediation: Oh a beautiful, meditation session can change your whole day, it feels Devine. do not know how to meditate? that's what guided meditations are for . take help, even a 10 min meditation for starters is good. I personally love guided meditations from Sri Akarshana, Jay Shetty, Leeor Alexandra has a beautiful one which helps you to ground yourself. I love them all. So give it a go!


b)Journaling: you do not have to have a person to share everything with , yes it's fun, much more convenient but journaling goes a step further, it helps you be more honest and truthful with yourself, share your secrets, deep feelings that can't be told to your closest person. vent out , get angry, without ruining your relationships , or being unhealthy towards one another. journaling brings you closer to yourself.


c)Reading :Nurture your mind with some beautiful books, books that give you perspective, teaches you, shows you where the faults are , how to do better. they can be a great teacher and a companion or a wise friend, you just have to seek it.

I just started reading my most awaited book, Jay Shetty's 8 rules of love. It's not a cliché book about finding a guy or a girl, it's essentially about finding yourself, whether in a relationship or single. Can't wait to read more.

d) Podcasts :Yes I'm giving special attention to podcasts but they genuinely are amazing. busy doing chores? listen to a podcast in the background. walking? listen in. heading back from work? why not listen to a little something. learning about a person, about yourself, getting views and ideas from people in real time. understanding the world and people a little more , a little better. 

e) Shake that body: Uhuh shake it Literally. An article talked about how an animal when comes in contact with danger and acquires all that trauma to the body, it vigorously shakes it's body to get rid of all that negative energy. so why are you, keeping all that negative energy stored on your body? shake it out, move! dance it out! get crazy if you have to . but we do not need that low vibrational energy in our body.



Do more of things that flourishes you, gets you excited about life itself, makes you happy, brings in serenity, say no to things as often as you can if it's not aligned with your vision, with your feelings . we are too precious, remember this.
